Homicide Unit

The Homicide Unit is comprised of a number of experienced prosecutors who have dedicated their careers to the prosecution of defendants who are charged with murder. This section handles complex cases that can and often do result in a sentence of life imprisonment and sometimes the death penalty.This section also includes a strong support staff handling the details of case preparation as well as victim advocates to assist the families of the decedent.

In addition to handling the courtroom presentation of the homicide cases, these lawyers also assist law enforcement with the investigation and prepare the cases for presentation to a Grand Jury.
